Basic Warranty Information
At QabachaTraders.Pk, our aim is to provide customers with the best online shopping experience and make returns as easy as possible. We have adopted our policy from worldwide e-commerce standards and factories to create the most user-friendly experience.
Scope of Warranty:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur within the specified warranty period. Any physical damage or issues arising from misuse or negligence are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Period:
The duration of the warranty period varies depending on the product. Used mobile phones and used laptops come with a 5-day replacement warranty, while spare parts come with a 48-hour (Limited Warranty). The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out our Warranty Claim Form with accurate details. Our after-sales team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps. You may be required to return the product for inspection.
Return and Replacement:
If the product is found to have a valid warranty claim, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. The replacement will be provided for the same product model and specifications. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a suitable alternative.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty assessment. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping of the replacement product.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not typically offered for warranty claims unless a replacement is not available.
Limitations of Warranty:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty may be void if the product is serviced or repaired by a non-professional service provider.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are required to follow the warranty claim process accurately and provide all requested information. Any false information or attempts at fraudulent claims will result in the warranty being voided.
Governing Law:
This Warranty Policy is subject to the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Consumer Court.

Mobile Parts Warranty
Replacing mobile parts requires expertise and experience, so it’s crucial to ensure that you know exactly which parts you need when placing an order. Alternatively, seek advice from an expert technician before ordering any parts. This is because making a wrong order can result in neither product replacement nor a refund. Mobile parts replacement is not an easy task, and doing it in an unprofessional manner can potentially render your mobile completely unusable.
Display Panel Policy:
Expertise Required: Replacing display panels demands technical skill. Our warranty doesn’t cover misuse or incorrect installation.
Protection Film and Warranty: For warranted Display Panels, avoid removing the clear film or applying glue, and Don’t fix the Display panel on your phone until you’ve tested it. Tampered films or fixed displays on phones void the warranty.
Warranty Period: The duration of the warranty period for mobile display panels is 24 Hours, starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim for a Display Panel, please fill out our Warranty Claim Form with accurate details. Our after-sales team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps.
On-Display Fingerprint: Even in original display screens that feature the On-Display Fingerprint Scanner option, there is no guaranteed warranty for the fingerprint scanner’s functionality. Calibration devices are exclusively available through authorized company providers. Therefore, please be aware that there is no warranty provided for the functioning of the fingerprint scanner.
OLED and Copy Displays: OLED and other master-copy displays may have slightly increased bezel sizes. While these displays are not 100% original, their quality is often superior to lower-quality alternatives. However, it’s important to note that the majority of these displays come with larger bezels. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
How to Test
To test the product functionality, we recommend that you connect the product to your phone motherboard without actually fitting the product completely and without removing any protection film. Once you are satisfied that the product is working fine, you can attach the product to the phone and use it for a few hours without removing the protection warranty film or pasting any glue. Once you are fully satisfied with the product’s functionality, you can remove all the protection warranty film and use your phone normally. Please note that removing the protective warranty film or applying glue means acceptance of the item.
To protect the screen, please power off the phone before removing or installing the LCD/LED unit panels. Also, we would like to clarify that we cannot take any responsibility for orders placed by the customer that turns out to be incorrect.
Finally, we recommend that you make a clear video before testing the Display Unit Panel to ensure that there are no issues in the installation or functionality of the product.
Warranty void if:
- Damage due to user actions.
- The display panel is fixed on the phone.
- Screen glued before testing.
- Liquid damage.
- Tampered warranty label.
Battery Policy:
Our warranty covers mobile batteries against manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur within the specified warranty period. In the case of mobile batteries, the quality of the cells is carefully examined. The cells we import are 100% original, and it’s important to ignore the packaging or stickers, as branding the product is not allowed according to Pakistani law.
Additionally, all batteries are imported by ship, and due to staying in the shipping area for 2-3 months, the battery cells may lose their charge. Therefore, it is recommended to charge them for at least 4-5 hours for the initial charge and then completely drain them before charging again. This process helps optimize the battery’s performance.
Warranty Period: The duration of the warranty period for mobile batteries is 48 Hours, starting from the date of delivery. Any physical damage or issues arising from misuse or negligence are not covered under warranty.
Camera Policy:
Our company imports OEM A-grade quality camera modules, each of which undergoes thorough individual testing before import. However, please be aware that there is no guarantee or warranty for this product, as camera issues can sometimes be diagnosed as originating from the motherboard. Replacement will only be offered in cases where our company’s dispatch department mistakenly sends the wrong product.
Charging Ports Policy:
Many charging ports available at a lower price often do not include diodes and ICs because they are designed for basic functionality and cost-effectiveness. Even for original charging ports listed on our website, which do include diodes and ICs, there is no guarantee or warranty for fast charging. This is because fast charging issues can sometimes be diagnosed as originating from the mainboard. Please be aware that there is no guarantee or warranty for this part, and replacements will only be provided in cases where our company’s dispatch department mistakenly sends the wrong product.
Fingerprint Sensor Scanner:
Our company imports OEM A-grade quality fingerprint sensor scanners. Each scanner undergoes thorough individual testing before import. However, it’s important to note that there is no guarantee or warranty for this product, as fingerprint scanner issues can sometimes be attributed to the motherboard. Replacement will only be provided in cases where our company’s dispatch department mistakenly sends the wrong product.
Touch OCA Glass:
Our company imports 100% original touch OCA glass. Some phones come with touch+OCA glass, while others have touch+flex. Before placing an order, please ensure compatibility with your phone, as this product comes with neither a guarantee nor a warranty. Each piece undergoes individual testing, so claims are not possible. Replacement will only be offered in cases where our company’s dispatch department mistakenly sends the wrong product.
